Nutrition, healthy eating and menu

Children are constantly growing and learning. Good nutrition is vital to a child's health In order to grow properly. Food provides our bodies with the energy, protein, essential fats, vitamins and minerals to live, as well as for learning and for developing cognitive function. Its important children eat a well-balanced diet which incorporates all of the food groups represented in the food guide pyramid.

We cater for dietary preferences such as vegetarian, Halal and also for children with food allergies and intolerances. We encourage all our Children to eat vegetables and fresh fruit each day and drink plenty of water throughout the day.
